How to Sign Multiple PDFs — Batch Signing Guide

Signing many PDFs individually by redrawing the signature each time is slow. Here is the efficient workflow for batch signing multiple documents.

1

Step 1 — Create and Save Your Signature as PNG

Go to pdfeditor.onl/sign-pdf. Draw your signature on the canvas. Use the download/save button to save the signature as a transparent PNG. Store it on your device for reuse.

2

Step 2 — Upload Signature Image for Each Document

For each PDF you need to sign: upload the PDF, switch to the Upload Image tab in the signature creator, select your saved PNG signature, place it on the signature field, download.

Tip: Keep the saved signature PNG accessible (Desktop or Downloads folder) for fast selection. Each document takes less than 30 seconds once you have the saved image.

3

Step 3 — Organize Signed PDFs

Create a "Signed" folder for completed documents. Move each signed PDF there immediately after downloading to maintain a clean workflow.
