How to Insert Pages into a PDF Online — Free

Need to add pages from one PDF into the middle of another? Whether you are inserting an appendix, a signature page, or extra content, you can do it visually in your browser without any software.

1

Step 1 — Open the Organize PDF Tool

Go to pdfeditor.onl/organize-pdf. This tool lets you manage pages across multiple PDF files in one drag-and-drop interface.

2

Step 2 — Upload Both PDFs

Click Add Files and upload your main PDF and the PDF that contains the pages you want to insert. All pages from both files appear as thumbnails in the same grid.

Tip: Upload the main document first so its pages appear at the top, making it easier to identify where to insert the new pages.

3

Step 3 — Drag Pages to the Correct Position

Drag the thumbnails of the pages you want to insert from the second document into the correct position among the main document's pages. You can insert at the beginning, middle, or end.

4

Step 4 — Download the Updated PDF

Delete any thumbnails you do not need, then click Merge & Download. The resulting PDF contains all pages in the order you set.
