How to Extract Pages from a PDF — Save Specific Pages

Need just a few pages from a large PDF? You can extract specific pages and save them as a standalone file without any software.

1

Method 1 — Use the Split Tool with Page Ranges

Go to pdfeditor.onl/organize-pdf and upload your PDF. In the Split Ranges field, type the page numbers you want to keep — for example "3-5" to extract pages 3, 4, and 5. Click Split & Download to get a new PDF with only those pages.

Tip: Use commas for non-contiguous pages: "2,5,8" extracts pages 2, 5, and 8 as separate files.

Method 2 — Delete Unwanted Pages

Alternatively, upload your PDF, delete every page you do NOT want using the trash icon on each thumbnail, then download the result. This approach is easier when you want to keep most pages and remove only a few.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I extract non-consecutive pages into one file?

Yes. Enter them as a comma-separated range: e.g. "1,3,5" — each becomes its own PDF. To combine them, merge those output files afterwards using the merge tool.

Is there a page limit?

No. You can extract any number of pages from documents of any size.
