How to Combine PDFs and Images Into One PDF — Free

Sometimes you need to combine scanned pages (as image files) with existing PDF documents into one final PDF. Here is how to mix PDFs and images into a single document for free — using the Convert and Organize tools in combination.

1

Step 1 — Convert Images to PDF First

Go to pdfeditor.onl/convert-pdf. Upload all your JPG or PNG image files. Select PDF as the output to get a PDF version of each image (or combine all into one multi-page image PDF).

Tip: Select multiple images at once and choose PDF output to get a single multi-page PDF of all your images — this reduces the steps needed.

2

Step 2 — Open the Organize PDF Tool

Go to pdfeditor.onl/organize-pdf. Upload the image-converted PDFs and any original PDF documents you want to combine.

3

Step 3 — Arrange Everything in the Right Order

Drag and drop page thumbnails to set the final order — mix pages from the PDF with pages from your converted images in any sequence.

4

Step 4 — Merge and Download

Click Merge & Download. The result is a single PDF containing both PDF pages and image pages in the exact order you arranged them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mix landscape images with portrait PDF pages?

Yes. Each page keeps its original orientation. The merged PDF will have pages in mixed orientations as needed.

How many images and PDFs can I combine?

There is no enforced limit. Device RAM is the only constraint — most computers handle 50+ pages smoothly.
