Adding text to a PDF — for form filling, annotations, or corrections — does not require Adobe Acrobat. Here is how to do it for free in any browser.
Navigate to PDF Studio and upload your PDF.
Select the Text tool from the toolbar. Click anywhere on the PDF page to place a text cursor. Type your content. Adjust font size, color, and style in the options bar.
Tip: For form filling, click directly over the blank line or box on the form. Set font size to 11–12pt and color to black to match typical form printing.
Click Download PDF. All added text is permanently embedded in the output.
